Georgetown Steam Plant Installation and Performance (2017)

In November of 2017, in collaboration with sound installation artist Robb Kunz, Degenerate Art Ensemble created a performance experience in the historic Georgetown Steam Plant in Seattle. The free to the public performance utilized the iconic steam plant machinery as a backdrop and the vast acoustic space as a natural reverb to create a dreamy experience. The performers played on the elevated catwalks as the audience wandered around the space below.
