Anima Mundi is Degenerate Art Ensemble’s newest work under development. It explores the amnesia that we face in or relationship to the rest of the natural world. It also takes inspiration from the ways in which human beings have been able to cultivate interconnectedness through ritual and ceremony. The first chapter was performed at the Performance Mix Festival in New York in 2021, and the second was performed at the Seattle International Dance Festival on June of 2023.
